Terms of Service for Pip Jar

1. Accounts and Eligibility

Adult Account Creation: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your location) to create a Pip Jar account.

Child Profiles: Pip Jar is designed for parents, guardians, and educators to manage routines and rewards for children. As an account owner, you are responsible for any child profiles created under your account and for ensuring you have the legal right to add and manage that child's information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

We want Pip Jar to be a helpful and safe environment. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Upload any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

3. Rewards and the "Parent Wallet"

Pip Jar includes features that allow adults to track routines and assign rewards, such as screen time or monetary values, to a "Wallet."

Not a Financial Institution: Pip Jar is strictly a tracking and organizational tool. We are not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution.

Real-World Fulfillment: Any monetary values, cash rewards, or real-world incentives tracked within Pip Jar are strictly agreements between the users (e.g., a parent and a child). TEN FLOW APPs does not hold, transfer, or process real money on behalf of users for these rewards, and we are not responsible for the fulfillment of any rewards promised within the app.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pip Jar may offer premium features through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Billing: Payments are processed through third-party platforms (like the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Cancellations: You must manage your subscription and cancellation directly through the platform where you made the purchase. Deleting your Pip Jar account does not automatically cancel your subscription with Apple or Google.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Pip Jar app, its design, logos, code, and original content are the property of TEN FLOW APPs and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No Unauthorized Use: You may not copy, reproduce, repurpose, redistribute, or otherwise use any of our content, branding, designs, features, or materials—including but not limited to text, images, logos, product concepts, and interface elements—without our prior written consent or permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief. If you would like to use our content for any purpose, please contact us at hello@pipjar.app to request permission.

Your Data: You retain ownership of the data and content you input into the app. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using Pip Jar and delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the integrity of the app.

7. Disclaimers

Your use of Pip Jar is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for data loss or sync issues caused by network interruptions or device failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEN FLOW APPs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Georgia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
